Chambo Market, your favourite bookshop in Lilongwe, has moved to The Culture Lab at Four Seasons.

Come and browse our Malawian, Africana and other books. We also have a selection of antiquarian works for sale.

We are the main outlet for Central Africana publications in Lilongwe and of course our best-selling Malawi – A Place Apart (Asbjørn Eidhammer, 2017) and Lomathinda: Rose Chibambo Speaks (Timwa Lipenga, 2019) are also on sale.

We will continue to host literary events. If you have good quality second-hand books that need a new home, please drop them off with us.
